After leaving University I found I was not challenging myself like I used to. I had less time for personal work and was not making the effort to brush up on my other skills I wasn't using in my job. I decided to make a month of experimental text animations, and because I would mainly be expressing these on instagram, I decided to use motivational phrases that aided in my mental health day to day in the hopes it would help others.
